Steepleview Memorial Hall is a voluntary run hall managed by Steepleview Community Association. We provide a place for our local community to use as either a regular hall user or for a one-off party booking. The hall is used every day of the week to allow for the growing demand of residents in and around the Steepleview area.

This community run hall has facility’s which include a big hall to fit 160 people, a large kitchen, toilets, and a large private car park. The hall is disabled friendly with extra wide doors, ramps, and a disabled toilet. Other facilities include a fitted baby changing unit, Wi-Fi, long or round tables, chairs for up to 160 people, oven, microwave, kettle, two fridges and two large catering sinks. The hall has a new modern kitchen, brand new toilet blocks, neutral colouring on the floors and walls ideal for a wedding venue.

Steepleview Community Assocation hires out the hall for private hire bookings during weekends, bank holidays, and in the summer holidays. So whether you are looking for a few hours for a children’s party, a charity event, we have you covered. Please note that we do NOT allow alcohol on site so we only hire the hall out for community events or small children’s birthday parties. Bookings are not taken at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Please note that cutlery, baking trays etc will need to be provided by the hirer of the hall.

What is included in the costs?

The cost is made up of an hourly rate, a deposit for hiring the hall (kept for breakages, lateness or damage), and a cleaning cost.

If the oven is used this needs to be cleaned and will be checked after use. Failure to do so will result in the loss of deposit.

Deposits are returned 7 days after the event, so long as the hall is left on time, no damage is made, and the hall is tidy and clean after the event.

We do not tolerate any kind of verbal, racial, or physical abuse and should this be displayed any deposit paid will be lost and/or booking cancelled.
